Fifth Wheel Hitch and Rail Kit Recommendation for a 2012 Ram 1500

I have a 2012 ram 1500 with a 10250 lb tow rating and my salesman for a 5th wheel says I can tow the one I want its uvw is 10244 lbs would it be to much for my ram

You would be barely under the towing capacity but technically yes, if your 2012 Ram 1500 has a 10,250 towing capacity and the trailer you are looking at weighs 10,244 lbs you would be good to go.
However, you need to consider the fact that when you are towing this trailer you only will have about 6 lbs worth of capacity left over for cargo. Realistically that's probably not going to be enough so a lighter trailer would be a better choice.
The part # RP30081 that you referenced would be a great hitch if you have an 8 foot bed. If you have a 6-1/2 foot bed you would want a slider hitch like the part # C95DR.
For a rail kit I would recommend a custom install kit over a universal kit as it will minimize drilling and will install in about half the time. For that I would recommend the # RP50142-58.
