The suspension enhancement we offer for your 2000 Ford F53 are designed to be installed between the axle and the vehicle frame.
For your F53 I recommend the Firestone Vehicle Suspension, part # F2170. Installing any enhancement system will not increase the load-carrying capacity of the vehicle and should only be installed on a vehicle with a properly working suspension.
The leaf springs we offer here are designed to work with trailer suspension. You may want to check with your motorhome dealer or with a Ford dealership to see if they have the replacement springs you are looking for.
If you are experiencing any issues with the suspension on your 2000 Ford F53, I recommend having it inspected by a qualified professional to find any problems, and make sure the system is in good working order before considering any enhancements.
