Will the bandw bwrvk3500 and bwgnrk1111 fit underbed 2013 Ford F-250 superduty 63/4 bed Thanks

Yes the hitch and rail kit you referenced would technically fit your 2013 Ford F-250 SD with a short bed, but since you have a short bed truck you would want a slider hitch instead of the B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500 so that you can make tight turns otherwise the cab of your truck would interfere with the trailer preventing you from making any tight turns.
For that you would want the slider version of this hitch part # BWRVK3400-5W. Check out the review video I attached.
The rail kit part # BWGNRK1111-5W that you referenced will work for you, I also attached an install video for this rail kit as well.
