Troubleshooting Sagging Suspension with a 2011 Ram 1500 after Weight Distribution Install

I have a weight distribution system hooked up to my Ram and still have sag. Will the Air Lift 1000 springs help with this?

If the rear end of your 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 is still sagging after using a weight distribution hitch that means one of two things are going on. Either the WD system you are using is rated too low for the tongue weight of your setup, or your WD system isn't set up properly.

The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached an FAQ on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well.

I would verify your tongue weight and then make sure you WD system is rated and set up for it properly.

Suspension enhancement systems like the # AL60818 are not designed for use with weight distribution systems as they often times will work against each other.
