Thule Cargo Box Recomemndation for the 2014 Jeep Cherokee With Thule Aeroblad Edge Roof Rack

Question:

First off, thank you very much for posting videos of your products. This is extremely helpful and its one reason Ive come back to you guys I ordered crossbars from your site before and why I recommend etrailer.com when asked for advice. With that said, I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with Thule AeroBlade Edge 7501/7502 crossbars. Im very interested getting a Thule cargo box - namely the Force Large,or the Pulse Large. During your reviews/installations, which I watched very closely, did you attempt to open the 2014 Jeep Cherokees moonroof? Do you know if the Force, Pulse, or Sonic cargo boxes interferes with the bug screen? Do you know if the the AeroBlade edge setup, which is lower in profile than the Crossroads system shown in the video review, interfere with Force, Pulse, or Sonic? Thank you very much for your help.

After looking at picture online of what the sunroof of your 2014 Jeep Cherokee would look like when opened it would seem unlikely that you would get to be able to fully open the sunroof with a cargo box like the Thule Pulse # TH614 installed on the roof since it appears a portion of the sunroof goes above the side rails when open.

Honestly, with a cargo box installed on the roof of your vehicle it would be incredibly noisy if you opened the sunroof. Plus if you check out the picture I attached you will see that the box will take up most of the roof anyway.
