From the picture you submitted it looks like you have a Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30033. What you will need to do is get a whole new hitch with a slider since the head of your hitch isn't compatible with any of the slider units.

For a similar rated hitch Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R24 Slider # C16546. This is a great hitch that will provide excellent king pin contact for a smooth ride plus a round tube slider that will bind up less than a square tube slider.
