Does Schrader Valve have to be Removed from Valve Stems to Install Valve Extenders

Question:

Can these extenders be installed without having to remove the schrader valve in the original valve stem. I do not want to have to completely deflate the tire in order to install.

You should not have to remove the Schrader valve on the existing valve stems to install extender set # WM8029180. It is just a simple screw-on installation. The extension will depress the valve in the stems you have now and of course has its own valve so inflation will be exactly the same.
