Replacement Relays for Factory Tow Package on a 2009 Ford Escape

hello .. would you please tell me if the 3 relays in question original 5L3T-AA can be replaced with 5L3Z14N089-AA Thanks

I can tell you that relay # TR38665 will fit a 2008 and newer Ford Escape but not if 5L3T-AA and 5L3Z14N089-AA are interchangeable. I do not believe they are. For a factory tow package the best option would be the OEM relay. That way you know you are getting the right part.
