You could use the Thule Arcos Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - 14 cu ft - 110 lbs # TH25YE on your 2012 Fiat 500. It will fit your Curt class 1 hitch # C11363, but you will be limited in the amount of cargo that you can add. The Curt hitch has a tongue weight capacity of 200 pounds. Since the Thule Arcos weighs 110 pound, you could safely add 90 pounds of cargo. It is vital that you do not exceed the weight capacity of the hitch or your Fiat, you will want to make sure and weigh your cargo.
