will the universal 10 bolt rail kit fit with reese 16k hitch?

Yes, the 16K Reese 5th wheel trailer hitch # RP30047 for a fixed or # RP30075 for a slider (sliders are for short bed trucks) will fit the industry standard above the bed rails included with universal installation kit # RP30035. I have linked a video to the right that shows installation of the kit on a similar vehicle.
