Weight Distribution System Recommendation for an Equipment Trailer that Needs Rise of 6-3/4 inches
Question:
I have an equipment trailer with an adjustable coupler that is used in the lowest position. The bottom of the trailer neck is roughly 20inch off the ground and Im currently using a ball mount with a 6 3/4inch raise. Would the Blue ox standard or the underslung work the best?

You wouldn't need a weight distributions system designed for an underslung coupler. Instead you would want a standard WD system with a shank that can do 6-3/4 inches of rise.
The Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution # BXW1500 that you referenced can do up to 10-3/4 inches of rise so it would work well for you in that regard. This system is designed for a tongue weight range of 1,000 lbs to 1,500 lbs. You will need to verify that your tongue weight falls in that range.
