Will a Weight Distribution System Allow You to Tow Beyond Towing Capacities
Question:
I have 2013 F150 XLT w/Towing package. brake controller and sway control. Included upgraded radiator, cooler transmission. I am purchasing a Rockwood Ultra Signature 8325SS Base Weight 7246 Dry Hitch Weight 746 Length 34foot 9. Capacity of GVWC is 8000lb on my tow vehicle. Please advice to what I would need since I am close to max rating for towing.

First thing I would do is check the owners manual of your 2013 Ford F150 to determine if there is a higher rating for towing when using a weight distribution system. A lot of vehicles/hitches have a second higher rating for weight distribution. Now with that in mind, a WD system will not allow you to tow beyond the weight capacities of your vehicle safely.
You will still need to verify that loaded your tongue weight and trailer weight are not beyond what Ford lists as safe towing capacities for your vehicle.
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached an FAQ on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well.
With that in mind the part # RP66074 that you referenced would most likely be the correct system for you since it has a tongue weight capacity range of 600-1,200 lbs.
