Difficulty In Getting 2 Bikes To Fit On Trunk-Mount Hanging Bike Carrier
Question:
I recently bought a bike and was excited that me and my girlfriend could go ride together. Her bike frame sits fine on this rack, but my frame was too small and needed an adaptor bar. Now Im having a hard time fitting both bikes on this rack. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many times reversing the direction the bikes are placed on the carrier will make a difference. They can at times be tighter than what we want but with some effort you can work out a way that the bikes can be carried without interfering with each other.
If you have cradles that can be moved on the arms of the carrier, you may try moving the outer cradles to the furthest point so that there is more space between the bikes while on the carrier.
We do have customers that will choose a 3 bike carrier when they plan on carrying 2 bikes for that very reason. They want to be able to easily carry two bikes without having them hit and rub against each other and the extra length of the arms gives them the additional space they need.
If you let me know the year, make, and model of the vehicle you are putting the carrier on, I would be glad to make some recommendations that might work for you.
