The Ultra-Fab Bolt On receiver you mentioned, part # UF35-946402 would be a good choice. The receiver tube has a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs, which means that the combined weight of the bikes plus that of the bike rack you use shouldn't exceed 350 lbs. Before installing the hitch, I'd highly recommend you consult the owner's manual or Jayco to determine if the bumper has the proper capacity. If the capacity of the bumper is lower than that of the receiver, you'll be limited to the lower capacity.

The Swagman Original 3 Bike Model, part # S64152-2 would be an excellent choice. The rack is rugged, and is specifically designed for use behind a travel trailer.

Due to the less sophisticated suspension and long overhang at the rear of a travel trailer, only bike racks that have been specifically designed for use on the rear of a motorhome or towed trailer should be used. The rack will be subjected to additional shaking and jarring forces that wouldn't be experienced if it were installed on a regular passenger vehicle so using an RV approved rack would be very important.
