Recommended Trunk Mounted Bike Rack for 2008 Scion TC with Spoiler

hello i have a 2008 scion tc. i looked at all the trunk bike racks but none of them say if they will fit on a car with a stock spoiler. i need a rack that will hold either 2 or 3 bikes and needs to fit on a 2008 scion tc with the stock spolier. let me know if you can help me with this inquiry.

Vehicles like your 2008 Scion tC that have a rear spoiler can pose a challenge to the fit of many trunk-mount bike carriers, but there are specialized models designed to deal with this feature. I recommend the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3 Bike Carrier # HRF2-3, This rack is made specifically for cars with rear spoilers. Its high-rise frame and multiple strap mounting options prevent damage to your spoiler, which is not really designed to bear any weight.

If you will be transporting bikes for women or kids (or any that does not have a main horizontal top frame tube typical of a standard man's bike) you might consider use of an adapter bar on such bikes. Hollywood Racks offers their # HRBA-PRO; this simple device connects between the seat and handlebar posts to provide a level mounting surface to mate with the carrier's arms.
