What is the 5th Pole Used for in 7-Way to 5/4-Way Adpater 37385
Question:
Can the fifth wire on item 37385 be used for backup lights? I am guessing it is setup for brakes but I didnt know if it could be changed internally to run backup lights?

Expert Reply:
The fifth pole on 7-Way to 5/4-Way adapter is not wired for electric brakes. It is wired for reverse lights.
