im looking for a laundry drying rack to attach to the rear camper bumper. it need easy on and off.

While we don't have a rack that would attach to your rear bumper we do offer the Camco RV Wind Up Laundry Reel part # CAM51064. You can install this virtually anywhere pretty easily and can be wound back up when you are ready to move.
