The Rhino-Rack Locking Ski and Snowboard Carrier # RR576 that you referenced will mount to a wide range of factory or aftermarket roof rack cross bars including Rhino-Rack's own heavy-duty crossbars, square, elliptical, aerodynamic types and most factory-installed crossbars. Vehicles like your Jetta that have a sunroof can still use the carrier but it may not be possible to open/close the sunroof with the carrier in place depending on the size of your bindings.
