RV Rated Swagman Platform Bike Rack Recommendation

Question:

I have the Swagman XTC2 S64670 Bike Carrier installed on my motorhome hitch and want to install the Swagman 64029 Anti-Wobble threaded hitch pin that I purchased this week. Please provide instructions on how to install. Thanks,

Actually I have some bad news. The Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack part # S64670 that you have is not rated for use at the rear of an RV so I can not safely recommend you use it in your application.

For a similar rack that is rated for the rougher ride at the back of an RV I would recommend the Swagman Platform bike rack part # S64663. To install the lock part # S64029 you basically just line up the pin holes between the bike rack and the hitch and then insert the threaded hitch pin and begin to tighten it. Once tightened you would snap the lock portion of the # 64029 onto the end of the bolt by pressing it on. To remove the locking portion of the bolt you would insert the key and turn it and the lock will release and slide off.
