Best 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for a 2014 Ford F-350 Short Bed with OEM 5th Wheel Prep Package

Question:

Have a 2014 ford 350 short bed with factory fifth wheel assembly beneath the bed also with wiring. Do I need anything else to complete this assembly.

Since your 2014 Ford F-350 short bed has the OEM prep package and the in-bed wiring, the only thing left you will need is a hitch. If you want a hitch that fits directly in that OEM prep package then you can use Reese Elite slider # RP30144.

Otherwise you will have to use an adapter, # RP30156. This will allow you to use a slider hitch that fits in standard above the bed rails.
