Can LED Hitch Step w/4-Way Connector Plug Into 5-Way Truck Connector on 2005 Chevy Silverado

Good morning. I recently bought a 2005 Chevy Silverado, 4 wheel drive pickup. One of the reasons I bought it was the fact that it was already set up for towing including the towing package even though I really do not require the ability to tow a heavy load . It was already equipped with a 7 way adapter set up with a 5 way plug in. Would it be possible to use this step with such a set up. I really dont need the LED option but you dont seem to offer the non-LED equipped version in a polished version which I need to match the stainless steel polished side tubes on the truck.

You can plug the 4-Way flat connector from hitch step # CR-600LED into a 5-Way flat vehicle end connector. The 5th function on the 5-Way is not needed by the step.
For the same step without the LED light use # CR-600. It actually shines. The main picture makes it look dull because we use a non-glare spray that causes shiny things to appear dull.
