The Yakima Hold Up 2-Bike Hitch-Mount Rack # Y02443 is designed for use in 2-inch hitch receivers. It will not fit the 1-1/4-inch hitch on your 2015 Forester. Although there are adapters available to allow 2-inch accessories to fit into a 1-1/4-inch hitch, these adapters have the unavoidable side-effect of reducing your hitch's capacity by 50-percent. I do not recommend doing this.

Your best and safest options are to replace your Class II hitch with a 2-inch Class III type, such as one of those shown on the linked page, or to choose a 1-1/4-inch bike rack designed for your Class II hitch.
