Most likely, but you will first need to take a measurements before we will know for certain if the Thule Canyon XT Cargo Basket part # TH859XT will fit the factory bars of your 2004 Subaru Outback Wagon.
The hardware of this basket is designed to fit crossbars that are spread apart between 20 inches and 37 inches. Just measure your crossbars to see if their distance apart is in the range an you will know for sure if this roof basket will fit.
