The SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension # CSS-1125R that you referenced are indeed a correct fit for the rear coil springs on your 2003 Honda Pilot. These microcellular polyurethane foam springs are intended to help support a suspension that is in good working order for times when it is carrying loads. When the Pilot is not under load, these springs will essentially be inactive; their resistance grows progressively with increased weight load. So, they will help when needed for heavy loads but will not otherwise affect ride quality.

If your Pilot's rear sags even when not under load then you may want to have its suspension checked by a qualified technician. Addition of the helper springs will not make up for worn-out suspension components, nor will they increase a vehicle's weight capacity.
