Why Does the 360 Picture Have a Missing Bolt

Why is the rack missing a bolt on the 360 degree view on the website?

When the photo department puts together products for picture purposes they don't always tighten everything thing down and on occasion they might miss a bolt or two. When you install this you will need to use all of the installation hardware and properly torque down all of the fasteners.
