Air Lift does have a Air Helper Spring system that's compatible with your Ford F150, as long as it's not an SVT Raptor model. Their SlamAir kit, part # AL59210 is designed for vehicles that have been lowered between 2 and 6 inches. The Load Lifter 5000 kit you referred to, part # AL88200 isn't compatible with a vehicle that's been lowered.
A compressor system is also available, part # AL25592. The system would allow you to adjust the air pressure in your air springs without leaving the vehicle.
