To see how to set an Elite Reese hitch into underbed rails just like what you have in your 2014 Ford F250 with Hitch Prep and how to set it up check out the video I attached to the right. You will want to fast forward to the 5:25 mark of the video to see the hitch being installed into the pucks of the rail system.
The hitch in this video is part # RP30143 which is a stationary hitch. Since you have a short bed truck you would need the slider version of this hitch part # RP30144.
