Fifth Wheel Hitch Compatible Air Helper Springs for 2010 Ford F350
Question:
Hi, Im in the market for a F350 SRW to tow a 5th wheel toy hauler. I would like to add a rear suspension assist. Thinking of air bag system, what would you recommend? The gvrw of trailer is 18,000 lbs. thank you

According to my contact at Firestone, it looks like their Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F2550 would fit a 2010 F350, 4x2 or 4x4 models as long as it's NOT a SuperCab V10 model with the 8-foot bed. The # F2550 is compatible with an in-bed fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch.
If you're interested in an onboard compressor system to inflate/deflate the springs as needed, I'd recommend the Firestone Level Command w/ Heavy-Duty Compressor, part # F2097.
