The B and W Turnover Ball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch you referenced, part # BWGNRK1012 will indeed fit a 2012 GMC Sierra Denali 3500 series.
If you do not already have a 7-way trailer connector installed in your truck bed, you can do so using the Hopkins # 41157.
