Will the Thule Passenger 2 Bike Rack Fit a 2010 Dodge Charger with Factory Spoiler

I have a 2010 Dodge Charger R/T with a factory rear spoiler. Those this bike rack have enough clearance to work?

Generally speaking, if a vehicle has a rear spoiler you will not be able to mount a trunk mounted bike rack. However, if no part of the bike rack touches the spoiler and the straps can pass underneath or over the spoiler without touching it, then you can use a trunk mount bike rack.

The Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier # TH910XT is not recommended on the 2010 Dodge Charger because the bike rack is going to interfere with the factory spoiler on your Charger.

Thule does offer a trunk mounted bike rack that has long, arcing body tubes, the Thule Gateway Pro Bike Carrier # TH88VR. The design allows the rack to fit many vehicles that have spoilers such as the Charger.

If you plan to carry women's or children's bikes, I recommend picking up the Swagman Easy-Out Adapter Bar, # 64005. Some smaller or angled bike frames are difficult to mount on bike racks and mount in awkward positions. This adapter bar will allow you to carry the bikes level and safely.
