Compatibility of Yakima MegaWarrior # Y07080 Cargo Basket on 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and am looking for a rooftop basket. I like the Yakima Megawarrior. What would you recommend? Thanks.

Yakima's MegaWarrior # Y07080 cargo basket offers good flexibility in being able to mount to a variety of factory and aftermarket crossbar shapes.

The MegaWarrior basket is 52 x 48-inches and requires a crossbar spread in the range of 30- to 38-inches.

The MegaWarrior a capacity of 130-lbs, however you will want to check your Grand Cherokee owner's manual (or with your local dealership) to confirm the vehicle's rooftop weight rating, which could be less than the baskets'. The lowest-rated of the two determines the cargo limit. Keep in mind that the weight of the baskets themselves, both about 35-lbs, also counts towards the vehicle's limit.
