Will the Superchips Flashpaq F5 Tuner Disable the Displacement on Demand Feature on 2009 Pontiac G8

Question:

I have an 09 G8 Gt that I would like to be able to disable the displacement on demand feature on my car, eventually I will remove the setup from car and install new cam and lifter and other parts needed but for now the budget is not available.Thanks for your help

I spoke with my contact at Superchips and he said their Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner, # SU5845, will allow you to disable the Displacement on Demand feature on your 2009 Pontiac G8 GT V8. This would get you by until you decide to change out the parts.
