Will this extended shank mount work with a 1400 lb Equalizer WD hitch head. What is the rise with this head

Yes, the Equal-I-zer head mounts to the shank using 3/4 inch bolts that are 1-1/4 inches apart on center so you can use Curt weight distribution shank # C17122. The maximum rise is 7 inches using this shank.
