I recommend the Edge EvoHT2 Hand-Held Performance Tuner, part # EP16040, for your 2008 Ford F-250 with the 5.4L Triton Engine.
This tuner has multiple power levels which can increase your horsepower by as much as 36 and an increase up to 50.5 Ft lbs of torque. This is a simple installation, connecting to your OBD-ll port. This tuner is not for use in the state of California, as it does not comply with the laws passed by the California Air Resource Board.
The tuner you referenced, part # Ep85200, is not designed to work with your vehicle.
