4-Way Flat Trailer Connector with LED Test Lights Has One Light that Stays On All the Time
Question:
Flat Plug with 4 LED test lights in it one stays on when unplugged

If the LED test light is staying on then it is receiving power from somewhere. On some vehicle side 4-Ways that require a direct connection to the battery this can happen. It will not be a problem as long as the trailer is unplugged.
In other cases there could be dirt or corrosion buildup that is causing a short. Make sure the connectors are clean and corrosion free inside and out.
If the LED light connector is on the trailer side and is lit up when unplugged then the only thing I can think of is back feed from a trailer mounted battery coupled with a short caused by corrosion. I have included a couple of links to the right that should help.
