My question is why is the front end of your 2001 Ford F-250 sagging? It could be that there is something in the suspension that needs to be replaced. Suspension enhancement like # SSC-31 is designed to be installed on a vehicle that has suspension that is in good working order.
When installed the SuperCoils will increase ride height by 1-5/8 inches so they should definitely take care of the sag. I have included a link to the installation instructions to the right for you.
