Ultra-Fab Products Trailer Jack # UF39-941705 Recommendation/Install Location on a 2007 Dutchman
Question:
Will theses fit my 2007 Dutchman travel trailer, it is 28ft weighing in at 10000 lbs I will need two sets, how far forward and how far back does these have to be installed?

The Ultra-Fab Products Trailer Jack # UF39-941705 that you referenced will fit trailers that have frames that are between 48 and 80 inches in width.
If the frame of your 2007 Dutchman travel trailer fits that range these should work well for you.
The closer to the ends of your trailer that these are installed the more effective they will be. I would put the front set as close to the front of the trailer as you reasonably can, and do the same for the rear set. Install them as far back as you can reasonably fit.
