Cargo Carrier Recommendation for a Toyota Tundra that Can Also Carry Bicycles

I want to put this on a 2000 Toyota Tundra with a 2inch receiver. Im looking to use it for hauling stuff, including a couple of bicycles. Is there some sort of adapter that would help keep the bikes in place?

I have a better solution that should work perfectly for you. 23x59 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs # CC-100 is designed to have a bike rack installed in them. You would only need the Bike Rack Adapter # CC-125.
