Mounting Kit for a Thule Excursion Cargo Box on a 2000 Nissan Quest

Hi, I just got a used Thule Excursion box without the hardware and need to mount to a factory 2000 Nissan Quest roof rack. Will this replacement kit work? What is the U-bolt dimension? Thanks

We have a cargo box with this kit on display in our showroom so I measured the U-bolts. The inside width of the U-Bolt in the kit is 3-1/4 inches. As long as the cross bars are no wider than 3-1/4 inches and no thicker than 2 inches, the mounting kit should fit fine.

Your box should have a metal strip in the bottom for this kit to mount properly. If not you will need the QM3 Quick On-Off Mounting Hardware Kit, TH04997, which has plates to support the bottom of the box.
