Brake Controller Plug In Location for a 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser
Question:
Trying to hook up the 3040-P connector to my 2007 Landcruiser, but cannot find the connection. Removed the panels under the steering column and the panel near the foot rest, but cannot find it. Ive read its located near the emergency break pedal, but there is no emergency break pedal- only a hand-break.

We have had customers state that the location of the brake controller port on the Toyota Land Cruiser is under the dash behind the switches for the mirror. You will need to take apart the lower dash panel and then push out the switch panel. There is no need to detach any switch, it all hangs out just fine according to one customer. I have included the pictures they sent to us.
