Do the factory fog lights need to be removed on a 2001 TJ to mount the RA 7659 Grill Guard

I spoke with my contact at Rampage and they told me that the mounting holes for the Rampage Grille Guards, part # RA7659, attach right where the factory foglights are on your 2001 Jeep TJ. They said there are mounting positions on the grille guard to mount the foglights to, so you should be good to go.
