Is New Installation Kit Required For Used Husky Hitch
Question:
Is it a good idea to purchase a used 5th wheel hitch and install myself? Should I buy a new insulation kit, brackets, rails etc or use the exsiting ones that come with the used one? The used husky hitch is 2-3 yrs old. I will be putting the hitch on a ford F150, 2010. If I should buy the attachments, where would I purchase them?

The rails included with the Reese Custom Fifth Wheel Install Kit that we carry, part # RP50081-58, are compatible with Husky fifth wheel hitches. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
For the sake of safety, I typically recommend using new hardware any time a hitch is moved from one vehicle to another.
