How to Attach Thule Passage 2-Bike Trunk Carrier # TH910XT to 2010 Honda Insight

Hello, I see that the Thule Passage 2 is listed to fit the 2010 Honda Insight, but it requires that the clips on the top straps come into contact with the top of the hatch, which is glass. With two bicycles loaded, wouldnt this put too much stress on the glass? Is there an alternative point that one can attach the stop straps to?

You are correct that the Thule Passage 2 Trunk-mount carrier # TH910XT is a confirmed fit for your 2010 Honda Insight. I verified this with Thule.

This rack will install on your Insight as follows: set the Fit-Dial knob to number 8; place top clips in the gap at the front edge of the top of the trunk; place lower clips in the bottom edge of trunk; the side straps can be positioned on the side edges of the trunk.
