P2 or P3 Brake Controller Recommendation for a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500  

Question:

Which one do I chose the P2 or P3 for my Ram? I have a Dual Axle trailer I haul all the time . But I do rent campers from time to time. I also need to know how fast I could get one with harness.

Either the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885 or the Prodigy P3 Brake Controller part # 90195 would be an excellent choice for your 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. To install either all you would need is the brake controller adapter part # 3023-P. Check out install video.

The biggest advantage the P3 has for your situation would be it's ability to save different setting for use with different trailers. With this feature you could save the settings that work the best with your primary trailer so when you go back to this trailer after using a rental trailer there would be virtually no controller setup.

The display of this controller is more customizable and has full diagnostics.
