Comparing B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitches BWGNRK1012 and BWGNRK1012-5W

Question:

Would you explain the difference between part # BWGNRK1012 and BWGNRK1012-5W? I can see no difference but the shipping weight on the -5W part is 43lbs lighter. Doesnt sound like much, but a toddler could fit that bill if your close to your payload capacity. If Im missing 40lbs of steel, why is the price the same and how can the specs be the same?

There is no difference. They are the same part. The only reason we show both of them is because # BWGNRK1012-5W shows up when you go through the fit guide for a specific year, make, and model truck.

The shipping weight will be fixed to reflect the correct amount which is actually 113.30 pounds.
