Brake Controller Installation in 2011 Chevrolet Silverado with Factory 7-Way

Hello, Im looking at the Tekonsha P3 brake controller for a 2011 Chevy Silverado that has the factory 7 way. Is there a wiring adapter that will work with this? I found one for 2014 Silverados and one for older SIlverados, but I didnt see one specifically for the 2011 model. Thanks

General Motors quit offering the plug in type connectors on certain vehicles with a factory tow package. Instead of a quick-connect port under the dash you will have 4 or 5 blunt cut wires under the left side of the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. Therefore there is no adapter for your truck.
Four of these wires will simply connect to the four leads from the Prodigy P3 # 90195. The wires will connect as follows:
GM Red/Black connects to P3 Black
GM White connects to P3 White
GM Light Blue/White connects to P3 Red
GM Dark Blue connects to P3 Blue
You'll also need to make a few tow package wiring connections under the hood as described in the linked article.
