Will Curt Gooseneck Plate Fit Valley Rails and are the Pins Included

Will this model plate fit the valley brand rail system? And also, do the 4 pins come with it?

The Curt gooseneck plate # 16055 will fit in industry standard rails from Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky so it shouldn't be a problem. It will fit in the closest slots on the rails spaced 10 inches apart on center side to side. The pins are included.
