The best place to find out if your 2014 Honda Fit with an automatic transmission can be flat towed is to consult the owners manual of the vehicle. There should be a section on towing that will discuss whether or not your vehicle can be flat towed and if there are any restrictions. From the research I did it looks like the vehicle is not flat-towable.
I attached a couple FAQs on flat towing for you to check out also.
