Can Dual Cam Sway Control Be Used on CURT Weight Distribution Systems

The dual cam sway control system, part # RP26002, will not work with CURT weight distribution systems. CURT uses straight bars, where as dual cam sway control systems need bars with an integrated cam or hook shape at the end where the chain bolts.

You can use a friction sway control system like part # 17200. It will add a small ball to your weight distribution head and a ball on the trailer frame. Using friction, the sway control arm will react to sway and begin to hold the trailer straight. This kit is designed to work directly with the Curt weight distribution systems.
