The Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards # 27-6620-1855 for your 2010 Toyota Highlander bolt on using the included custom mounting hardware kit. No drilling is required. It will certainly be easier to install these with a second set of hands to help hold the steps in place, but only basic tools are required.
